How does Dedicated Tablet Work?
- The dedicated tablet plays a promotional video on loop for your guests as they arrive at the reception area.
- Scan the guest’s ID or passport on your mobile phone, data is captured instantly.
- Press Sign form or Sign PDF on your mobile phone.
- The promotional video stops and the pre-filled digital form appears in the guest facing tablet.
- Guest reviews;
- Registration Form – consent blocks (privacy options)
- Or the PDF document needed.
- Guest signs digitally using finger or stylus on the tablet.
- Form and signature are securely stored and linked to the reservation in your workspace.
